IFWA’s primary partner for this project is Baseerat School for Blind People, a pioneering institution that provides education to blind and visually impaired students within the same educational setting.

With the support of IFWA, a French engineer and a Pakistani technology company based in Karachi (Bionics) were able to develop a cost-effective Braille embosser (each costing PKR 210,000) for blind individuals and educational institutions. A prototype of this embosser will be displayed during the Gala Dinner.
